I had a fairly average experience with the service. The vehicle options are good, and having different seating capacities makes it convenient for group travel. The overall booking process was okay, but communication and coordination could have been smoother at times. The vehicles and service have potential, but I feel the customer experience could be more consistent from booking to the actual trip. Overall, an okay experience with some room for improvement.
