1. Ownership of Content

2. License Granted to VoxeRank

By submitting content to VoxeRank, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Publish your content.
• Distribute your content.
• Format or resize content for technical purposes.
• Use the content to operate, improve, promote, and protect the VoxeRank platform.

This license continues for as long as your content remains available on the platform or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or publish content that:

• Infringes another person's copyright.
• Violates trademarks or trade dress.
• Uses logos without authorization.
• Copies articles, photographs, videos, or other protected material without permission.
• Violates patents, design rights, database rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains pirated or illegally obtained material.

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on VoxeRank without authorization, you may submit a copyright complaint.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• Contact information.
• Description of the copyrighted work.
• URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
• Evidence that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith.

5. Review Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, VoxeRank may:

• Review the reported content.
• Request additional information.
• Contact the uploader.
• Temporarily restrict access to the content.
• Remove the content.
• Suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
• Take any other action deemed appropriate under applicable law.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically result in content removal.

6. Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice with supporting evidence.

VoxeRank may restore content if, after review, we determine that removal was not required or the dispute has been resolved.

7. Trademarks

Business names, logos, service marks, and trademarks displayed on VoxeRank remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on VoxeRank does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with VoxeRank unless expressly stated.

8. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Users agree to indemnify and hold VoxeRank harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from content they submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoxeRank operates as a neutral platform for user-generated content.

We do not verify ownership of every image, logo, document, or other material uploaded by users before publication.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoxeRank shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement committed by users or businesses.

Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to content after receiving a valid complaint or where required by law.

10. Repeat Infringers

Users or businesses who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their content removed, accounts suspended, or accounts permanently terminated at VoxeRank's sole discretion.

11. Policy Updates

We may modify this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of VoxeRank constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
