• Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews unless clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
• Threaten or intimidate reviewers.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Create fake customer accounts.
• Publish reviews about their own business without proper disclosure.
• Submit reviews intended to unfairly harm competitors.

Businesses may respectfully respond to reviews through the tools provided by VoxeRank.

6. Reporting Reviews

If you believe a review violates our policies or applicable law, you may report it for investigation.

Examples include:

• Harassment.

• Personal information.
• Copyright infringement.

By uploading content, you grant VoxeRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the VoxeRank platform.

11. Disclaimer

VoxeRank provides a platform for customer feedback.

We do not guarantee:

• Positive reviews.
• Business rankings.
• Search visibility.
• Customer acquisition.
• Revenue growth.
• Reputation improvement.
• Removal of negative reviews.

Customer opinions remain their own.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoxeRank shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:
