1. Reporting Content

Any user or business may report content they believe violates our Terms of Service, Review Policy, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal of any content.

3. Evidence

Failure to provide requested information may affect the outcome of our review.

4. When Content May Be Removed

5. Negative Reviews

VoxeRank does not remove reviews solely because they are:

• Unfavorable
• Damaging to a business's reputation
• Lowering a business's rating

As long as a review complies with our policies, it may remain visible even if a business disagrees with the opinion expressed.

6. Moderation Decisions

All moderation decisions are made by VoxeRank at its sole discretion.

• Temporarily hide content.
• Suspend user accounts.
• Restrict platform access.

Our decisions are based on available evidence, platform policies, and applicable law.

7. No Obligation to Remove Content

VoxeRank is a neutral platform for user-generated content.

We are not obligated to remove, edit, restore, or modify any review, rating, image, comment, or other content simply because a user, business, or third party requests it.

8. Legal Requests

If required by applicable law, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority, VoxeRank may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose content or account information as permitted or required by law.

9. No Liability

User-generated content reflects the opinions of individual users.

VoxeRank does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoxeRank shall not be liable for any loss of reputation, goodwill, customers, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or any direct or indirect damages arising from content published by users or from moderation decisions made in good faith.

10. Abuse of the Reporting System

Submitting false, malicious, repetitive, or abusive reports may result in:

• Rejection of future reports.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Other actions deemed appropriate by VoxeRank.
