I have had a mixed experience with Persistent Systems. There are some good people and teams, and I got opportunities to work on interesting technology and projects. At the same time, my experience with management and project allocation hasn't always been smooth. Sometimes communication could be clearer, and growth opportunities can depend a lot on the project and team you are working with. Overall, it's a decent company with good technical exposure, but I feel there is room for improvement in management and employee experience.
