Oracle has a very strong range of enterprise products, especially in databases, cloud infrastructure and business applications.
However, the overall experience can feel complicated and expensive, particularly for smaller businesses that don't have a large technical team. Understanding the different products, licensing options and pricing can also be challenging. Support and implementation can sometimes feel more difficult than expected.
Oracle clearly has powerful technology, but I feel the company could make its products, pricing and customer experience much simpler and more accessible.
