We used Holiday Tours and Travel for a short getaway from Delhi. While the booking went smoothly and our driver was polite, the actual trip felt incredibly hurried. We barely had time to absorb the sights before being nudged along to the next stop, including a few too many tourist shops. The 3-star hotel included was clean but definitely basic. It is a reasonable, hassle-free option if you just want to tick off the main sights quickly, but do not expect a relaxed vacation.
