“V Rank” refers to VoxeRank’s proprietary visibility and credibility indicator.

“Business” includes companies, influencers, schools, restaurants, IT firms, media houses, institutions, or service providers listed on VoxeRank.
VoxeRank is an independent online review and ranking platform operating as a technology intermediary.
VoxeRank does not create, edit, endorse, or verify reviews
All content reflects personal opinions of users
VoxeRank does not guarantee accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of content
VoxeRank is not a dispute resolution service
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Users must be 18 years or older
Users must provide accurate and lawful information
Automated scraping, bots, or misuse is prohibited
VoxeRank may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.
By using VoxeRank, you agree that you will NOT:
Post false, fake, misleading, or impersonated reviews
Post sexual, obscene, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or religiously biased content
Harass individuals or organisations
Upload illegal, copyrighted, or confidential material
Manipulate ratings, V Rank, or platform systems
Post reviews in exchange for incentives or threats
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.
Reviews are public and permanent unless moderated
Reviews represent personal experiences, not facts
VoxeRank does not verify reviewer identity or experience
VoxeRank is not responsible for business losses or reputational impact
Once submitted, users grant VoxeRank a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use the content on the Platform.
VoxeRank reserves 100% unconditional rights to:
Hide content from frontend
Remove or permanently delete content
Restrict visibility or access
Take moderation actions without notice or explanation
This applies if content is deemed (at VoxeRank’s sole discretion):
Sexual, obscene, abusive, defamatory, or threatening
Religious, communal, or politically biased
Fake, fraudulent, incentivised, spam, or misleading
Reported by users or businesses
Harmful to public order, morality, or platform trust
In violation of law or internal policies
Moderation decisions are final and non-negotiable.
VoxeRank may list businesses using publicly available data
Listing does not imply endorsement or partnership
Businesses do not own reviews on their listing
To respond to reviews or manage profiles, businesses must claim and verify their listing.
To claim a profile, VoxeRank may require official verification, including:
PAN
GST number
Business registration or incorporation details
Other lawful identifiers
Verification is for identity validation only
Verification does not allow review deletion or ranking control
VoxeRank is not a government authority
Submission of false documents may lead to permanent suspension
V Rank is a proprietary algorithmic indicator
It may change at any time without notice
VoxeRank does not guarantee rankings, visibility, or outcomes
No user or business can demand a specific V Rank
V Rank is informational only.
Influencers, YouTubers, Instagram creators, schools, restaurants, IT companies, media houses, and institutions may create or claim profiles.
They agree that:
Public reviews are independent opinions
VoxeRank does not act as an agent or promoter
VoxeRank is not liable for brand perception
Users and businesses may report content
Reporting does not guarantee removal
VoxeRank evaluates reports internally
Abuse of reporting may lead to penalties
All platform design, branding, logos, V Rank systems, and software are the exclusive property of VoxeRank.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse platform assets.
VoxeRank may contain third-party links. VoxeRank is not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
VoxeRank is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
Content is accurate or complete
The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
Reviews reflect real experiences
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
VoxeRank is not liable for user-generated content
VoxeRank is not liable for reputational damage or business loss
VoxeRank is not liable for moderation decisions
VoxeRank is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to VoxeRank.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxeRank from any claims, losses, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from:
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Platform
VoxeRank may suspend or terminate accounts or access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation or risk to the platform.
VoxeRank may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India. Courts having appropriate jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority, subject to legal requirements.
