VoxeRank may terminate or suspend accounts of repeat infringers

You may submit a counter-notice including:

Identification of the removed content
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error
Your electronic signature
VoxeRank may restore content after reviewing the counter-notice and compliance with applicable laws.
VoxeRank is a technology intermediary, not a publisher or content owner
VoxeRank is not responsible for user content
VoxeRank is not liable for damages arising from copyright disputes
Users agree to indemnify VoxeRank for copyright-related claims resulting from their content
